The inspiration behind the hair designed for Lovechild 1979’s show during Copenhagen Fashion Week came from the 1950’s era spun with a modern twist. The set was filled with various florals in order to capture the femininity of the show’s overall aesthetic, and played up the timeless facets of each look.

SESSION.MASTER Marianne Jensen and STYLE.MASTERS Juha-Matti Manninen and Massimo Morello created contemporary French twists to accent the designer’s silhouettes, leaving the hair loose and soft around the face.

To create this look, the KEVIN.MURPHY team dried ANTI.GRAVITY in to the hair, making a deep side part. Next, the hair was misted with SESSION.SPRAY and rolled around a large curling iron, rolling the bangs forward to keep the look feminine and playful. The team then used DOO.OVER to finish off the look and create a dewy, matte lustre.
